  Pros: clean, well appointed, beautiful setting, porch was wonderful, amenities great, quiet setting.
  Cons: Had a hard time finding pool key and WiFi code, no guest book. Garbage had never been collected from previous guests. Almost fell on scatter rugs, causing me to bruise my arm. I forgot I left them rolled up on porch. Almost thirty minute drive to grocery store or restaurant

    Thank you for your review. We are glad you enjoyed your stay. The scatter rugs have either been removed or secured with a rug tape. Restaurants and grocery store is available with a 20 minute drive to Sparta. More restaurants and grocery stores are also available in Jefferson and West Jefferson which is an approximately 30 minute drive. Trash dsposal is available as you exit the neighborhood. We did send someone to remove the trash when you requested it. We do hope you will stay with us again.

  The cabin was clean and overall a great stay. The game room downstairs with pool table, air hockey, and PacMan machine provided fun entertainment in the evenings. The community pool was great for small kids with a 3 inch shallow section.
  
  We had a toilet issue and there was no plunger in the house, however the rental management company was able to remedy the situation quickly and have a plunger delivered.
  
  Recommendations: Add a few dish cloths to the kitchen and some better pot holders for getting things out of the oven. Some of the rugs are slipping all over the hard floors, so I'd recommend something different in their place. Consider grab bars in the showers for handicapped guests.

  The house was a complete 5 star experience. Ultra clean,ultra affordable, ultra accommodative. We had such an amazing time, we came here to escape the 100 degree heat wave back home and was not disappointed, it was rather refreshing in the cool mountain air.

  Our family stay was wonderful. Absolutely loved the cabin, the grounds and the pool. The house is extremely comfortable and clean. We absolutely loved the views and the out door sitting areas. We appreciated the kitchen supplies and outdoor grill. So peaceful and relaxing. Great sound system connected to the tv. Very pleasant stay and worth every penny.
