  Long story, short! I had secured another property for the honeymoon of myself and my new bride. Withing 1 hour of arriving to the property from Indiana, I received a phone call from the property manager stating that the rented property was unavailable due to water issues. I was initially very disappointed because the rental had everything that we were looking for and offered complete serenity and privacy. Jennifer from the property management company called to break the bad news. She was very professional and was sympathetic to our situation. She offered us Jasmine Heights as a substitute, and we accepted. Then, WOW!!! We pulled up to this amazing mountain home and were so excited! The house beautiful inside and out! All of the amenities were included. Lots of extras! Board games (Sequence is the best)! Game room! Pool table, air hockey, darts, arcade games! Hot tub was amazing! Views were amazing! West Jefferson was amazing! Thank you to Carolina Mountain Properties for their swift efforts to save our trip! Thanks to Jennifer for picking Jasmine Heights for our amazing Honeymoon experience!

  After accomplishing the ascent on a partly gravel road we found a gem on bald mountain. The view was spectacular, the cabin with three levels offered enough bedrooms plus a big and well equipped gameroom. Jackpot was the hot tub on the porch with view into the valley. Kitchen is spacious and well equipped, washing machine and dryer one of the newest models.

  We really enjoyed our stay at Jasmine Heights. The views are absolutely beautiful. All of the decorations gives it a nice cabin feel. The house is spread out over three floors, so everyone had their space. The stairs going down to the 1st and second level are a little steep and could be hard on the knees of older guests. The beds slept well and kitchen was well equipped. The game room was a hit along with the hot tub and fire ring outside overlooking the mountains. We would love to come back and stay again!

  Views were great! House was clean and well appointed. Did not like sharing a bathroom with 3 bedrooms on the 2nd floor. Would recommend as long as they understood 3 bedrooms share 1 bath.
