The Fox Den

Perfect for a romantic getaway or vacation, Fox Den offers a serene mountain setting with seasonal river views.

Inside, you will find a cozy home complete with a bedroom on main level and upstairs loft sleeping area, along with two full baths. The living area features a gas log fireplace on a timer for creating that perfect ambiance at night. Login to your Netflix or Hulu account on the Smart TV and enjoy binge watching a favorite show or movie. Fox Den offers WiFi for those that need to check email or plan a day adventure while on vacation.

The well-equipped kitchen is perfect for two to cook a quick snack or a delicious meal. A quaint dining table that seats four is just off the kitchen or dine out on the deck as you take in the views and sounds of nature.

Also on the main level is a bedroom complete with comfy king bed and a hall bath with a luxurious step in shower.

Take the stairs to the upper level and you will find another bedroom complete with queen bed and full bath with tub/shower combo just outside the bedroom. Peer out the window and take in the views that surround you at Fox Den.

Outside, you will find two decks complete with table and chairs for enjoying a morning cup of coffee or simply relaxing. Fire up the charcoal grill and prepare a scrumptious meal or gather round the fire pit and enjoy the starry night sky.

Located in the Fleetwood Falls community, you'll appreciate being just minutes from town. A short drive will place you in the heart of downtown – near dozens of fun local shops, delicious restaurants, and exciting attractions. Spend a day at Tweetsie Railroad with the kids taking in the wild west action and thrilling rides, take a leisurely drive along the Blue Ridge Parkway taking in the long-range mountain vistas, or for some winter fun, head to one of our three most popular ski resorts: Appalachian Ski Mtn, Sugar Mtn, or Beech Mtn. before taking the short trip back to your relaxing cabin.

Pets are welcomed at Fox Den with a non-refundable pet fee. So, bring Fido and enjoy a vacation together!

  Beautiful spot but my only complaint is the entrance. The step up into the cabin is far above code measurement and the surrounding ground is uneven meaning it is very difficult to get in to the cabin, particularly when your hands are full as you unload. A new step needs to be installed. It is a law suit waiting to happen.

  It was a very nice stay. It is an older house that has been updated, there is no central A/C, just a single unit in the living room, but it worked fine. There is a lot of room inside this home. The back deck is great and there is an awesome view from the fire pit area. Having river access at the base of the road was great!

  The cabin was very nice for the two of us and our dog. It was set up for dogs which we liked. The porch had a baby gate which keeped our dog on the porch which she loved. The area had a variety of places to walk which for us is important. We will come back to this cabin maybe in the spring. My husband like it a lot. The kitchen was well supplied with what was need to cook our meals.
